DVE Digital Vignette Europe GmbH acts as an intermediary between the user and the toll authority, registers the license plate number on behalf of the customer, and acts independently, not as an official partner of the toll operator. The service fee and the respective price components are listed separately during the ordering process. The overall package offered represents a bundled product and includes additional services in addition to the official vignette.
