Price structure and scope of services
The DVE Digital Vignette Europe GmbH undertakes the registration of motor vehicles in the official toll systems of the respective countries on behalf of the customer. This registration takes place after the order has been placed via the toll operators' official sales platforms.
The DVE offers:

a multilingual information service (over 15 languages),

a centralized ordering process for toll products from several countries (e.g. Switzerland, Hungary, Slovenia, Czech Republic),

personal customer support before, during and after the purchasing process.
DVE charges a service fee for this service, which in addition to the official toll fee The respective amount is transparent in the ordering process listed.

Total price: 68.00 EUR

Information package (service booklet/e-book) including VAT: 16.10 EUR
The toll fee itself is set by the respective toll operator. DVE is not the issuer of the toll products, but acts exclusively as a technical service provider on behalf of the customer.

Registration confirmation and approval for use
After successful registration you will receive a separate order/registration confirmation by email, which serves as proof of toll authorization. This must be presented before starting the journey.
If you do not receive confirmation within 2 hours of ordering, please contact our customer service. In this case you may not use the toll roadbecause registration may not have been completed.
